Greensburg, Kansas Photo's

On the evening of May the 4th a tornado with a magnitude of EF5 swept through the town of Greensburg, Kansas. The town was almost obliterated, members of the  Montgomery County RACES Organization were deployed  on 5-9-2007 to assist the Salvation Army SATERN Team. The Coffeyville Amateur Radio Club (a member of the Montgomery County RACES Organization) sent a second deployment Team to Greensburg on 5-19-2007. We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks to a Local Attorney and a Security Agency for providing fuel for the second trip. The Salvation Army released our workers to return home at 10:01 a.m. on 5-23-2007  Thank you Bob & Gene !    Ken - NU0B
